Dmx aka Earl Simmons has been arrested AGAIN for crack possession in Arizona on Tuesday. He was ”allegedy” caught with cocaine.; he’e been charged with 5 counts of probabtion violations.

This is what Joe Arpaio – Maricopa County Sheriff had to say…

“I think it’s about time to give him hard time… how many chances do you give people? Just because he’s a rapper? Rappers seem to go to jail quite frequently… why is he treated different, because he’s DMX and made some movies? If he stays in the jail long enough I’ll decide whether or not to put him in the drug prevention education program.”

He added, “This guy if you look and his conduct throughout his lifetime, in New Jersey, he’s lived a charmed life, believe me. I feel that any time he’s served time is when we arrested him on all these charges. So evidentally, he’s not learning a lesson. Maybe that has to do with his drug problem.”

DMX at the moment in the 4th Ave prison. He is set to make his most inital (important) appearance in court at 8 p.m. in Phoenix.
